Meet the judges: David Sproxton
"Surround yourself with people who are better at doing stuff than you are; play to your strengths and let other people tackle your weak areas. Film-making is a team game with many specialist skills."

David Sproxton is another new face on the judge's panel at the Shepton Mallet Digital Arts Festival.
David needs little introduction as the man who co-founded, along with Peter Lord, the multi-award winning Bristol-based animation studio Aardman.
As well as being the creative "father" of Morph (again with Peter Lord), David has been directly involved in Aardman's pioneering work and co-produced some of the studio's best-loved films.
He has also spent nine years on the board of the Bristol Old Vic Theatre Trust and three years on the Board of the UK Film Council.
In addition to all his Aardman work, David chairs Bristol's Encounters Festival (which celebrates short films) and is a board member of At-Bristol and the National Film Television School.
He was awarded a CBE in 2006.
David says what he loves about digital arts is the way in which people are discovering the capabilities of the technology and their own abilities to harness it to create amazing things.
His advice to the aspiring film-maker and artist is: "Surround yourself with people who are better at doing stuff than you are; play to your strengths and let other people tackle your weak areas. Film-making is a team game with many specialist skills."
